Please read these terms carefully before using our services. By accessing or using TTM Shipping & Accessories, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.

Services

TTM Shipping & Accessories provides shipping, delivery, and accessory sales services subject to availability. By using our services, customers agree to provide accurate shipping and contact information and understand that all payments must be made in full before shipment release or product delivery unless otherwise agreed. TTM Shipping & Accessories is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Packages & Liability

Customers should inspect all packages upon receipt and report any missing or damaged items within 48 hours of delivery. Returns or exchanges are accepted only for defective accessories accompanied by proof of purchase. TTM Shipping & Accessories is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

Restricted & Prohibited Items

TTM Shipping & Accessories reserves the right to refuse shipment of any item that is illegal, hazardous, or restricted under applicable law. In accordance with Jamaican law, the following items require a valid permit from the Ministry of National Security before they can be shipped or released:

Customers are solely responsible for obtaining the required permit prior to shipment. TTM Shipping & Accessories will not release any restricted item without verified permit documentation and accepts no liability for items seized or delayed by customs or law enforcement authorities.

Cookies & Functional Technologies

In accordance with the Jamaica Data Protection Act, 2020 (brought into full force December 1, 2023), we are required to inform you of the data we collect and the purposes for which it is used.

Strictly Necessary Cookies

Our platform uses strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies solely to enable core functionality. These include session authentication tokens (to keep you logged in securely), security tokens (to prevent cross-site request forgery), and preference data required for the platform to operate correctly. These technologies do not track you for advertising purposes and cannot be disabled without rendering the service non-functional.

Legal Basis for Processing

The processing of personal data through these technologies is carried out on the basis of legitimate interest and contractual necessity under the Data Protection Act. We collect only the minimum data required to provide our services, retain it no longer than necessary, and implement appropriate security safeguards to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure.

Your Rights

Under the Data Protection Act, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request corrections to inaccurate data, withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis for processing, and file a complaint with Jamaica's Information Commissioner.
